She was an excellent LSAT tutor. Her enthusiasm and expertise made for sessions that were never boring and always helpful. Her confidence in my ability helped me to have confidence in myself. With my tutor's help I was able to raise my score from a 150 to a 161 and I never could have done it without her!

Bio
Neil has an extensive background in teaching literature, grammar and writing and has spent years as a free-lance writer. He began his private tutoring career with a local learning center and has since taught test prep for the PSAT, ACT, SAT, MCAT, GRE and GMAT as well as the LSAT. His love for and fascination with language and thought are the driving forces behind the unique excitement he brings to LSAT study. Whether working out the knottiest logic problems for advanced students or walking beginners through the basics, Neil’s sure-handed approach imbues his students with the confidence and knowledge they need for test day. He is especially proud of his success in helping students whose scores were subpar even after previous instruction with the major test prep companies. His also has a keen insight into the problems of non-native speakers of English and has aided them in developing the precise reading skills needed for standardized testing. He is currently working on a textbook for the LSAT.

Neil has a Master’s Degree in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also has done post-graduate work in Comparative Literature at Kent State University and is a dissertation away from completing his Doctorate at the University of Kentucky in Modern British and American Poetry.
