Bio
Sean Murphy first started teaching the LSAT nine years ago. After
teaching for two national test prep companies, he developed his
own methods. He emphasizes a rigorous and consistent analysis of
the logic of LSAT, yet he also manages to make the material interesting
and enjoyable for his students. For these reasons he has become
one of New York's most popular tutors.
Sean's gift for words and the english language has led him not
to the law, but to more challenging heights. Sean is an accomplished
comedian, performing nearly every night all over New York. His gift
for comedy and improvisation only serves to enhance his teaching
style, and his students enjoy their lessons while they learn.
Sean has diverse teaching experience, ranging from tutoring remedial
math and grammar in Washington Heights to teaching history to undergraduates
at the University of California at Berkeley. This, combined with
his charm, wit, and sharp sense of logic, make him one of Integrated
Learning's finest teachers.
Education
Sean has a Masters in History from the University of California
at Berkeley. He graduated with highest honors from Rutgers University
with a BA in History and English.
